4. Start-up operation: Open the air source valve to start the pump, then adjust the air source valve to control the flow and pressure of the pump.

5. Monitor operation: After the pump starts working, it is necessary to regularly check the operating status of the pump, including parameters such as flow, pressure, temperature, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the pump.

6. Shutdown operation: When the pneumatic diaphragm pump is no longer in use, first close the air source valve, wait for the pump to stop working, and then cut off the air source.

Maintenance method:

1.Regular cleaning: According to the frequency of use, clean the pneumatic diaphragm pump regularly to remove media residue and dirt to avoid blockage and corrosion.

2. Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate and maintain key components such as the piston and valves of the pump to ensure the flexibility and sealing of the pump.
