Air Diaphragm pump is driven by air, with features of simple structure, convenient disassembly and repair, stable liquid delivery, low vibration, low noise, strong self-priming ability, high viscosity of conveyed liquid, and has many advantages of self-priming pump, submersible pump, mud pump and impurity pump and other conveying machinery.

The diaphragm pump uses compressed air as the power source, which can be used to pump all kinds of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic liquids, and liquids that are not easy to flow. The diaphragm pump is a deceptively simple design. A diaphragm, or membrane, is positioned in a pumping chamber, usually form-fitted to achieve efficient gas or fluid movement. The membrane can be made of Teflon, Santoprene, Hytrel, Viton. The flexibility is not as important as the materials ability to withstand against high temperatures, caustic or acidic chemicals, or acidic vapors. The diaphragm must be able to run indefinitely without concern of overheating or general wear over short periods.

2. Tips for use diaphragm pump:

•  When transporting liquid that are easy to precipitate and easy to "freeze and solidify", when the pump finish working, the pump must be rinsed inside and outside with a suitable solvent before it is stopped to avoid blockage and damage.

• If the pump is to be out of service for several hours during operation, please turn off the compressed air.

• The flow rate of the pneumatic diaphragm pump can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure and flow rate of the compressed air. You can also adjust the flow rate of the feed to control. please do not use the soft hose and small size suction pipe, so as not to block the suck pipe due to excessive suction resistance.

• When the diaphragm pump is under positive pressure, it is recommended to install a shut-off valves at the compressed air inlet of the pump.

• Please install the pump firmly to avoid vibration damage to the pump during work.
