Diaphragm Rod (Shaft)  from #321 stainless steel, the connecting rod has good corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and self-lubricating performance. Particularly grinded, the surface has lower friction coefficient. 

The O-ring is also called the sealing ring, It is a kind of rubber sealing ring with circular cross section, which is the most common mechanical design for sealing.
